Works/Overview?
All you need is a computer with High Speed internet and a headset, in order
to become an agent in a call center. The solution is fully Voice Over
IP (VoIP), so you don't even need telephone lines! Since our solution
is entirely web based, ALL agents are remote by design. This means
that each agent can in the same building, or in different countries, and
still be part of the same call center, with no loss of features or quality.
Setup takes between 2-4 days, and can be expedited by having one of our
engineers remotely configure your computers. Best of all, there is no
long term commitment required.

Do I need
any phone lines?
No. For our solution to work, you do not need any phone lines.
All of the Predictive Dialing and Inbound IVR activity takes place on our
equipment, and is then converted to VoIP when it is sent to each agent.
But it is always a good idea to have phone lines in your call
center for Administration and/or Fax. We just eliminate the hundreds
of lines you would have needed for Inbound or Outbound campaigns.
Do I need to install any
software?
No. You can access the following through our web based interface:
Real-time Reports
Historical Reports
Call Recordings
Tenant Administrator
Agent Provisioner
However if you are an outbound call center, you will need to install our
Campaign management software on one of you computers to manage all of your
predictive dialing campaigns.
Do I need to sign a long
term commitment?
No. We do not require a long term commitment. Our services are
billed monthly prepaid (in advance). However we may be able offer a
discount if you would prefer to sign a 6 or 12 month commitment.
